--> Hemmady would say they truly don't know it all. It is all about growing and changing. He says that its all about growth. If a company goes in thinking they know everything, they are truly liars because they haven't experienced it hands on.

1. pharmquest is the leading pharmaceutical and biotech industry. It focuses on bringing newly discovered molecules and biologicals that are coming out of the denomic revolution.
2. He becamce interested when he lost two of his close friends in 1998 to cancer.
3. The truth about entrepreneurship is: it is growth in an areao where you can learn more, give more, and produce new, innovative results.
4. He would say that you can never stop learning. When you go to conferences you can learn from other entrepreneurs and mistakes they have made and how to not make those same mistakes.

That there is no way you could know it all about being an entrepreneur because it is a career that you always expand and continue learning about and one could not know it all about.

2.) Shankar Hammady was in the electronics industry and worked for companies like Intel and Cadence Design Systems. Shankar was later involved in an early stage startup called Sunrise Test Systems that was bought by Synopsys, and started my own company, Guru Technologies, where the aim was to nurture and create gurus in the chip design industry. He then lost two of my close friends to cancer in 1998, which became a very positive impetus for me to do something about it. That's why he became involved in the biotech Pharmaceutical space.
3.) Shankar says the truth about entrepreneurship is: it is growth in an area where you can learn more, give more, and produce new, innovative results. Entrepreneurship is all about novelty, all about how do you take risks in a manageable fashion to create new wealth, new value, and new ways of doing things so there's always more learning

Nobody knows it all and in order to be an entrepreneur one must be willing to learn more, give more, and produce more.
